Leadership Skills Training
Targeted and well facilitated training is a useful adjunct to any leadership development program because it allows participants to develop core skills that are best learned in a classroom setting. This is especially true for interpersonal skills such as conflict resolution and group skills such as problem solving which both benefit from the practice and interaction made possible through a workshop.
Kwela offers a range of skills training for both individuals and teams. Our workshops are tailored to meet your specific needs and can be delivered through a leadership development program or as a standalone element. In either context, our workshops can be relied on to always:
- Keep the audience completely engaged through a balance of group discussions, case studies, demonstration, skills practice and lecture.
- Deliver results that are tangible and measurable through a range of innovative, yet simple follow-up techniques.
And, of course, they always include the great facilitation that characterizes all Kwela leadership development activities.
Our workshops are typically delivered in-house, however, we also offer leadership skills training for new managers in Activate!, our open enrolment Public Program.
