Complimentary Leadership Simulation Workshop

Experience Kwela's leadership and talent management services first hand in the complimentary Leadership Simulation workshop that we are running to celebrate the launch of our new web site.

This will not be a sales presentation – instead we will demonstrate one of our core training products exactly as we would implement it in your organization. The workshop, our Leadership Simulation, is an action-packed, hands-on way for participants to learn about leadership at all levels.

Date & Time: Thursday June 26, 9:00am – 12:30pm

Location: Morris J. Wosk SFU Centre for Dialogue, 580 West Hastings Street, Vancouver BC (Room 370, HSBC Executive Meeting Room)

Overview This is a three hour, action-packed, hands-on way to learn about the leadership and management practices that are important for success. In the simulation, participants are placed into teams that must collaborate to achieve a common goal. The simulation reproduces many of the challenges leaders face back on the job. By experiencing the simulated leadership environment, participants learn iteratively about all aspects of leadership as well as where their own strengths are and where they are not.
